Work with a multi-disciplinary product development team to ensure semiconductor process control products are designed and verified to comply with all government and industry regulations.
AS preferral in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or a technical writing and a minimum of 3 years work experience in a product development environment.
Experience working with the development of integrated systems which include application of the following technology areas: automated machine control, motion control, staging, optics, imaging systems and illumination control, PC-based control systems, custom firmware/software and power management.
Demonstrated project management experience.
Knowledgeable of product development concepts, practices and procedures.
Ability to work in a fast paced, highly dynamic environment.
Professional attitude and the ability to communicate and work across many levels of the organization including Management, Technical Support, Applications and Customers.
Excellent written and verbal communication required.
Coordinate and manage 3rd party compliance evaluations of capital equipment.
Collaborate with design teams to ensure new product developments comply with applicable standards.
Document compliance requirements, prepare functional descriptions and define compliance specifications.
Develop and maintain all system technical files.
Provide compliance support to sales and service teams as needed to promote customer adoption and use of Rudolph wafer inspection systems.
Responsible for coordinating applicable design direction and insuring the designs comply with SEMI, CE, FCC, UL and other applicable standards.
Support purchasing with classification of parts and assemblies for import/export of goods.
